Refund Policy

MAI-Alchemy is Medrado Analytical Innovations, LLC, doing business as MAI-Alchemy. This policy covers our services and products.

All sales are final. Because we deliver bespoke professional services and knowledge — work you cannot return once it has been delivered — we do not offer refunds.

How we make that fair

Your protection is built into how we work, not into a refund window:

  • We agree the scope and a clear definition of what "finished" means in writing before work begins.
  • We charge by the project, and payment is due on completion — when the agreed deliverable is in your hands.
  • If the work doesn't meet the definition of "finished" we agreed to, it isn't finished, and it isn't billed as finished. We make it right against that agreement.

Articles & products

For published articles and other products, you pay only when you decide to purchase. Once purchased and delivered, the sale is final.

Questions or a billing concern?

If something about a charge doesn't look right, talk to us first — most issues are a quick fix. Email info@mai-alchemy.com before initiating a chargeback and we will work it out with you.
