This Privacy Policy explains how Medrado Analytical Innovations, LLC, doing business as MAI-Alchemy, handles information in connection with mai-alchemy.com and our services. We collect as little as we need, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect

Information you give us — your name, email, company, and message when you contact us or request a quote; and the details needed to perform an engagement.
Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe, and Lemon Squeezy for certain products). We do not see or store your full card number.
Basic site data — standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to keep the site working and understand what's useful.

How we use it

To respond to you, provide quotes, deliver and support our services, issue invoices and take payment, and meet legal or accounting obligations. That's it.

Client material is confidential

Documents, data, and drafts you share with us for a project are treated as confidential. We use them only to perform your engagement, we do not disclose them, and we do not reuse them for other clients or to train anything. Your work is your work.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to operate — our payment processor (Stripe / Lemon Squeezy), email, and hosting — and only as far as needed to do their job. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed to function and, if enabled, basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; core pages will still work.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@mai-alchemy.com and we'll take care of it. Payment and invoicing records may be retained as long as required for tax and accounting.

Security & retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

This site and our services are intended for professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18.
