Calibration & RRF?

Fit a calibration curve to your standards and read off slope, response factor (RRF), R², and LOD/LOQ — then predict concentration from a response.

How to use:
  1. Enter your calibration standards — concentration, response — one per line.
  2. Pick the curve type, then Fit.
  3. Read slope, RRF, R², LOD/LOQ — then type a response to back-calculate its concentration.
Curve type?
LOD = 3.3·σ/slope, LOQ = 10·σ/slope (ICH, from residual scatter). RRF = through-origin slope (response per unit conc).
Estimated concentration

Advisory. Verify curve fit, weighting and range against your method's acceptance criteria (R², %RSD, back-calculated standards).
